Apparently “Arrow” star Stephen Amell just got himself into a WWE match at SummerSlam – and I have to be frank with you, I’m not sure how the “Arrow” fandom is going to deal with this.
I don’t actually watch “Arrow,” but I am on Tumblr a lot, and 90% of what I’ve heard about Stephen Amell’s character Oliver Queen is either BROODY MANPAIN…

And now all of a sudden we have Amell standing on the sidelines at a WWE match between Neville and King Barrett, getting randomly attacked by some silver-painted weirdo called Stardust, and leaping into the ring himself to punch Stardust in the face until security drags him off – leaving the commentators shocked, SHOCKED at this untoward and completely unstaged breach of wrestling etiquette.
Amell spoke with Triple H afterwards and demanded a revenge match, with himself and “Red Arrow” Neville facing off against King Barret and Stardust.

“Let me make one thing clear to you,” Triple H blustered. “You are not now, nor will you ever be, one of us. You’re an actor.” (That’s right, people – acting has no place in the WWE.) But Amell wouldn’t back down. “I’m an actor – I’m also a man! If some guy’s gonna put his hands on me, I’m gonna fight back!”
At this point I think I suffered from a testosterone overdose and blacked out, but I gather that the big fight will take place at SummerSlam on August 23 in Brooklyn, New York.
Felicity is gonna be so mad.
