Barbara Walters is trending online today, as news of her interviews with her selected "10 Most Fascinating People of 2011" travels across the interwebs in real-time. Topping her list of intrigue is none other than Apple founder and esteemed tech wizard, the late Steve Jobs. Other members of the lineup include Simon Cowell, Derek Jeter, Donald Trump, former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain, the Kardashians, Katy Perry, and the cast of "Modern Family."
Walters' interviewing technique was definitely no holds barred, to say the least. Her blunt comments toward Kim Kardashian are getting quite the buzz. "You don't really act; you don't sing; you don't dance," Walters told the reality star. "You don't have any -- forgive me -- any talent!"
When it came to getting inside the heart and head of Yankee's shortstop Jeter, Walters broached the topic of racism.
"Was the N-word ever used?" she asked. "It was, yeah," Jeter said. "Kids would say it; you'd hear it. It would bother you and annoy you, make you feel bad. (But) it also taught me a lot. It taught me how I didn't want to be, that I needed to learn about different people as opposed to just judging them."
