Cara Delevingne, arguably the most sought-after model in the world right now, told UK newspaper The Times that she's not doing fashion work anymore.
Cara says the industry made her feel "hollow," that it has a tendency to make you "hate yourself and your body and the way you look," and that she developed psoriasis from the stress.
She also touched on the pressure she felt to do nudity and sexual poses as a young woman. In her words, "I am a bit of a feminist and it makes me feel sick. It's horrible and it's disgusting. We're talking about young girls."
This isn't the first time Cara's spoken her mind about gender issues in the entertainment industry. She famously said that superhero roles for women in movies are "totally sexist" and got a lot of attention for the way she reacted to an interview question about whether she actually read John Green’s Paper Towns.
