I think we can all agree that life got a whole lot better when the Pope joined Twitter. Today Pope Francis, the most internet-friendly Pope since that meme comparing the last guy to Emperor Palpatine, tweeted the following:

Harsh words from His Holiness. It was part of a long series of tweets backing up his Obama-approved encyclical about climate change and social inequality.

His followers (Twitter and otherwise) immediately responded with thoughtful discussion about the issues facing our plahahahaha who am I kidding.
