It’s the first day of fall (in the Northern Hemisphere obviously, and shoutout to all those countries going “lol Americans it’s called AUTUMN”), and after a long summer of record-breaking heat, we’re all excited about cooler weather.
Not sure how to celebrate this important day? The internet has plenty of suggestions under the #FirstDayOfFall tag, now among the top trends on Twitter and Facebook. Here are some of my favorites.

Pumpkin Spice Lattes
Everyone please report to your nearest Starbucks for this mandatory fall beverage. We don’t care that it’s 90 degrees in Los Angeles right now. It’s the law.
Starbucks seems to be trying to get people to buy this thing called a Toasted Graham Latte, but who do they think they’re kidding?

Appreciate fall colors
It’s that time of year when we all wished we lived in Maine surrounded by scarlet maple trees or something.

Buy school supplies
You’ll never use them because you just type everything into your phone these days, but it’s the thought that counts.
