TikTok sensation Chris Olsen details a hilarious gym story in one of his latest viral videos.
The Meghan Trainor bestie shared “I just got scammed by someone I thought was hitting on me at the gym.” Olsen, a prominent TikToker with over millions of followers online, is known for his comedic personality on the popular app. The video, with over two million likes online, tells the story of a guy who approached Olsen during his workout.

Olsen stated, “He starts to come over and I’m like, ‘is this my Wattpad moment? Am I about to find love among the treadmills?’
According to the TikTok video, the two conversed in gym talk when the stranger asks if he could put in his number in Olsen’s phone.
The stranger insisted Chris to finish his set while he exchanged contact info. Olsen stated, “I’m thinking he wants to watch me do my pull-ups.” But while he was doing his pull-ups, the guy was “typing away”
Soon after, the stranger quickly departed and left Olsen.

“As I’m finishing up, I go to my texts to text him ‘nice to meet you’. There’s no text. There’s no texts there. So now I’m like, what the f— did this man do on my phone?”
After looking through his phone, the TikToker noticed that his email had something from Venmo.
“He Venmo’d himself $20 and just said Merry Christmas.”
Olsen laughed off the situation and many in the comments thought the money was well worth it for the story in the end.
Lately, Olsen celebrated his birthday with Joshua Bassett and Meghan Trainor. The three of them marked their shared birthdays with what seemed to be an “all-pink” birthday celebration on December 22nd.
The “Made You Look” singer – who turned 29 – shared photos with Bassett and Olsen in front of balloons that read “Happy Birthday MT + Co”. Olsen celebrated his 25th birthday while Bassett turned 22 years old.

Just a day before the birthday celebrations, Olsen and Trainor shared an adorable moment online. Trainor’s son Riley, who is just 22 months old, said Olsen’s name for the first time.
