Christina Haack and her husband Joshua Hall are parting ways, with both filing for divorce in Orange County, CA, signaling an end to their marriage just months after tying the knot.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Joshua officially filed for dissolution of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences and listing the date of separation as July 8. In his filing, Joshua is requesting spousal support from Christina and wants to prevent her from receiving any support from him. He also seeks a fair division of assets acquired individually before their marriage.
Interestingly, Joshua’s petition includes a request for sole rights to any HGTV and Discovery Network shows or specials produced during their union, notably mentioning a forthcoming project slated for release in 2025.
While Joshua’s filing is already in the court system, sources close to the situation inform TMZ that Christina also filed for divorce the day before Joshua, though her petition has yet to be processed.
Christina and Joshua tied the knot in a private ceremony in Maui, Hawaii, in September 2022, surrounded by close friends and family. The couple publicly celebrated their union, with Christina expressing her happiness on Instagram, describing the occasion as a culmination of everything leading up to finding her “dream man” in Joshua.
This marriage to Joshua followed Christina’s divorce from her second husband, Ant Anstead, finalized in 2021 after three years together. Prior to Ant, Christina was married to her “Flip or Flop” co-star Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2018, during which they had two children together.
The divorce filings mark the end of another chapter for Christina, who has been open about her journey through multiple marriages and relationships in the public eye.
