Singer M.I.A. claims that Jay-Z and Roc Nation did not help her regain custody of her son and abandoned her in time of need.
The British rapper went on a rant on X regarding how she lost custody of her now 14-year-old son Ikhyd to ex-fiance Benjamin Bronfman. According to the singer’s claims, M.I.A. makes a bold statement stating that Jay-Z was allegedly paid by her ex and ultimately looked the other way during her custody battle in 2013.

She then went at Hov and his Roc Nation imprint for abandoning her completely.

M.I.A. has notoriously called out Bronfman for taking her child away from her. The legal dispute first began in 2013 when their son was at the age of four, and Bronfman filed to keep motion of the child in the U.S. despite M.I.A wanting to take him back to London.
She also screenshotted a Wikipedia article about the NXIUM cult which included among its leadership two of Bronfman’s cousins.
She then claimed: “BE VERY CLEAR WHY MY MATHANGI RECORD WAS BURIED IN 2013,” before adding: “I SACRIFICED MY CAREER FOR MY CHILD. THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND COPIED MY STYLE AND GAVE IT TO THEIR PUPPETS AND SHADOW BANNED ME ON EVERY PLATFORM. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT TO SAVE HIM FROM THE MADNESS OF WHAT YOU KNOW NOW.”
The rapper even throws Hillary Clinton into the mix of her posts.
M.I.A. also alleged there was a connection between the Bronfman family, Hilary Clinton and the Libyan regime after Colonel Gaddafi was killed: “HILLARY CLINTON GAVE SARA BRONFMAN GADDAFIS OIL FEILDS AFTER KILLING HIM. I WAS PUNISHED FOR SAYING HE HELPED AFRICA. THEN THEY TRIED TO SEND MY CHILD TO ONE OF HER SCHOOLS. WHEN I WENT TO VISIT THE SCHOOL, THE CHILDREN LOOKED DOZY AND DRUGGED AND I COULDN’T TELL WHY. I REFUSED.”
In one tweet, M.I.A. goes as far as suggesting that the media mogul turned his back on her and “shadow banned” her from multiple platforms. Jay-Z has not responded to the claims.

M.I.A. also alleged that her son was vaccinated without her consent, pointing the finger at Canadian fashion designer and activist Aurora James who she says is a friend of Beyoncé and Solange.
“Arora [sic] James vaccinated my child without my permission. They manipulated my child by lieing [sic] to a 12 year old, pretending to be his mum, of cause [sic] if its not your own child you don’t care how you can phycologically [sic] damage a child with mental games. She Beyonce and solonges friend.
“Again they vaccinated him even after calling me an anti vaxxer and humiliating my in the press for good 2 years and canceling my latest MATA record from all promo and touring. Again sacrificing another LP yet they still vaccinated him at 12 to get at me.”
JAY-Z, Roc Nation, the Bronfman family, Aurora James and Hillary Clinton have not yet responded to the various claims made by M.I.A.
