Posted last week, this TikToker, Julia Mcabe, posted a video of her and another TikToker, Vanessa Schecher, when they were at a restaurant and could clearly hear the waiter and a hostess gossiping about them. They were gossiping over the fact that the two girls were with their sugar daddy, which the two girls were not ashamed of, and proved this when they cleared the air with the two and confirmed that it was their sugar daddy.

Julia, who already had an established following on the app before this situation, says that they “overheard our waiter and the hostess talking smack about us being out with our sugar daddy so she confronted him when he came back to the table.”
Though some were supportive of the two girls for standing up for themselves and not being ashamed, some people thought that the waiter and hostess were just gossiping because working can be boring, and this was the most interesting thing to happen during their shift. Some people tried to say this nicely, as to ease their worries that the gossip was with ill intent. One commenter notes “When I hosted I would be so jealous of these girls and would always do the most to make sure the sd got them the best wines out of the cellar.”
All in all though, many were supportive of the two girls, encouraging them that they should not be embarrassed or that they were right to call them out for talking about them, even if it was just for entertainment purposes. In fact, the story has somewhat of a happy ending with the waiter bringing over a free dessert to apologize.
