A woman on TikTok, Phae, has since gone viral with over 98,000 likes after posting that she was accused of stealing after visiting the store for the first time. In the video, she is attempting to try something on in the back when a man asks her to leave. He tells her that this is the second time he has found her back here. Obviously confused, the woman talks to the original person who told her to go back and explains that this is what she had been told.

The man who accused her then explained that it was not an area for customers, but did not attempt to apologize for the mix-up or confusion. In fact, neither of the employees tried to redeem themselves with an apology. When the employees offered for her to try on the shirts, she explains how she did not want anything anymore, as she was upset about being accused of stealing. He also tries to explain that he has 8-hour shifts, but Phae continues to remind him that was not her fault and does not explain how she was treated. When she asked to see the manager, the employee said that he would “not make her deal” with the situation. In a third video,

The employee continues to instruct the girl to leave, saying for her to get in her car to leave. He also continued to curse at her, though he was currently clocked in and working at the store. Many were quick to point out that the business reviews also talk about how they were claimed to have stolen something when they did not, showing how this is not an isolated incident. Comments poured out support for Phae, reminding her that she did nothing wrong and instead did what she was instructed to do by an employee who blames her for breaking the rules.
