In the video, she is attempting to try something on in the back when a man asks her to leave. He tells her that this is the second time he has found her back here. Obviously confused, the woman talks to the original person who told her to go back and explains that this is what she had been told.

The man who accused her then explained that it was not an area for customers, but did not attempt to apologize for the mix-up or confusion. In fact, neither of the employees tried to redeem themselves with an apology.
