6. Garena Free Fire

At the beginning of 2022, it was announced that Garena Free Fire was the most downloaded mobile game across Google Play and the App Store. In 2021, the mobile game racked up $1.1 billion in revenue, giving it a place in the over $1 billion club.

7. Subway Surfers

Subway Surfers is one of the few mobile games that has managed to surpass 2 billion downloads. This goal was achieved in April 2022, the same month it was ranked the most downloaded mobile game worldwide with over 26.6 million downloads.

8. Coin Master

Because it is a casino game, Coin Master was one of the top-grossing games in 2021, with players spending close to $1.3 billion. This was a 13.8% boost from the previous year. At the beginning of 2022, it was also in the top 3 grossing mobile games worldwide, which is a considerable achievement for a casino game.

9. Honor of Kings

In the first quarter of 2022, Honor of Kings broke the record for the highest earning mobile game across both Google Play and App Store, having more than $10 billion in consumer spending. The annual revenue that was generated in 2021 was $2.8 billion.

10. Call of Duty: Mobile

When Call of Duty: Mobile was first released in 2019, within the first week, it got over 100 million downloads, surpassing Pub G mobile’s 28 million. For the first quarter of 2022, Activision Blizzard reported Call of Duty: Mobile has 372 million monthly active players.
