The remaining Try Guys (or Tri Guys?) have released their first Youtube video without Ned. The video, which has already garnered 5 million views not even 24 hours since posting, addressed the recent Ned Fulmer affair scandal and the company’s involvement.

For background, Try Guys fans on Reddit noticed that Fulmer was being cut out of recent videos and found screenshots of Fulmer and a Try Guy employee kissing at a bar in NYC. Fulmer admitted that the allegations were true and that he was engaged in “a consensual workplace relationship”. The Try Guys released a formal written statement on Twitter that Fulmer was terminated in his position at the company.

“All of that information was just as shocking to us as all of this has been for you this week,” Keith Habersberger solemnly explains in the video.
Fans on Reddit and a popular Deuxmoi post had speculated that the rest of the Try Guys were aware of Fulmer’s affair and decided to bury it until it became public knowledge.

“This is something we took very seriously. We refused to sweep things under the rug. That is not who we are and is not what we stand for,” Eugene Lee Yang passionately asserts.
The Try Guys learned of Fulmer’s affair over Labor Day weekend and immediately removed Ned from work and started investigations into the situation with HR professionals.

Importantly, the guys want fans to acknowledge that this is a difficult and emotional change for them  and Fulmer’s family.”We’re losing a friend, we’re losing someone we built a company with, [someone] we have countless memories with,” reminds Zach Kornfeld who is evidently emotion throughout the video.

The reaction to the statement has been positive and understanding from fans of the group.

The internet also took note of Yang’s hard and incensed body language throughout the video.
