Ariana Grande has announced her seventh album ‘Eternal Sunshine,’ but continues to lose followers since the release of ‘yes, and?’
This all comes after the singer dropped the lead single ‘yes, and?’ which made a splash in the music scene.
Captioning her post with the album title, Grande let everyone know that the record’s arrival is less than two months away and is set to drop on March 8th. The 30-year-old pop star shared the three images which have been familiar to fans donning red lipstick.

Grande previously confirmed that the album would have multiple alternate covers – both of them featuring the Grammy winner posing in a white babydoll top and red tulle gloves. The date will also set an end to the years long wait for new music from Grande who last released Positions back in 2020.
As of late, Grande has been spending the last few years working on the upcoming Wicked films and her R.E.M. Beauty business.
As far as reception to the lead single, the dance-inducing song was released on January 12 with Republic Records. The star dropped the music video as well with group choreography and some jabs at the general public’s fixation on her personal life.
The song lead with over 11 million streams on its first day, which is a big feat for the singer. The song debuted at number one on the Global Spotify Chart and had a pretty mixed reaction when it came to the general public.

The release, with lyrics that poke fun at the public’s perception of the recent relationship with Ethan Slater, has fans bringing up the singer’s history of seemingly being involved in breakups.
Many referenced the 2019 track “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored” suggesting that Grande has ‘glorified being the other woman.’
According to Social Blade, Grande has lost nearly 400,000 followers since dropping the single – most of which have unfollowed Grande after announcing the single ‘yes, and?’ on January 7th.
Grande has not responded to the mixed reactions on social media regarding the upcoming album.
