Nearly one-third of men plan their gifts carefully but aim to shop as little as possible, treating it as a one-and-done task. This approach can reduce stress, but it has its drawbacks—December shoppers often miss early deals and face limited stock.”

Nightingale further pointed out that the fear of making the wrong choice can paralyze some men. “Many men feel anxious about making the wrong decision and not getting the best gift for their loved ones. This leads to delays as they keep hoping for a perfect idea to emerge,” she said.
