Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, the singer known for her hit “Me & You,” told a federal jury Tuesday that Sean “Diddy” Combs forced her to engage in sexual acts, including during her menstrual period, as part of what he called “Freak Offs” that he often filmed.
Ventura, who is currently eight months pregnant and married to personal trainer Alex Fine, delivered her testimony on the second day of Combs’ sex trafficking trial in Manhattan federal court. She recounted to the jury how the hip-hop mogul allegedly coerced her into participating in these sexual encounters, stating that she complied primarily out of fear of him.
“I was expected to have freak offs on my period,” Ventura testified under questioning from Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson. “Sean would expect it. I don’t think anyone wants to do that.”
Ventura further testified that Combs, or male escorts he hired to have sex with her, would sometimes urinate on her during these “Freak Offs.”
When Johnson directly asked Ventura if she wanted an escort to urinate on her, Ventura responded firmly, “No. But there was no conversation. It was a turn-on for (Combs), so it happened.”
She described one instance where she felt she was “choking” because there was “too much urine in my mouth,” sometimes from both Combs and the escort simultaneously.
“I don’t want anyone to urinate on me,” Ventura stated plainly. “Sean would urinate in my mouth — not super often but often enough.”

Johnson pressed Ventura on why she did not refuse these acts. “I was squeamish, high and in the moment with this man, so that’s what happened,” Ventura replied. “There is not a whole lot of control you have with two men standing over you peeing. I thought it was obvious I didn’t want to do it.”
Ventura testified that following these “Freak Offs,” she was often left to clean up the hotel rooms where they occurred, which she described as typically being covered in blood and urine.
Combs was arrested in September 2024 and has pleaded not guilty to five counts including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The first day of the trial on Monday saw jurors presented with surveillance video from 2016 allegedly depicting Combs physically assaulting Ventura in a hotel lobby elevator bank.
In her opening statement, Assistant U.S. Attorney Johnson characterized Combs as the central figure in a widespread criminal enterprise, alleging he used his power and influence to lure women, drug them, and coerce them into sexual acts.
Conversely, Combs’ defense attorney, Teny Geragos, argued in her opening statement that any sexual interactions between her client and Ventura were consensual. She also pointed to the length of their relationship, which spanned over a decade, as evidence of this.

If convicted on all charges, Combs could face a sentence of life in prison. He has been in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Complex in Brooklyn since his arrest.
The trial is expected to continue with further testimony and evidence in the coming days.
