Jennifer Lopez professed her love for Ben Affleck and those who made ‘This is Me… Now’ a reality.

At Tuesday night’s Los Angeles premiere of the upcoming film This is Me… Now: A Love Story, which premieres on Friday on Prime Video, the singer grew emotional thanking those including Ben Affleck ahead of the screening.

“And then there is the person who inspired this for me, who has inspired me my whole life. He just, he inspired an album 20 years ago and I know he hates that I’m doing this right now,” Lopez, 54, said.

“He’s just like, ‘Please shut up.’ No! And I say no. I say, I love you and thank you for believing in me and helping me believe in myself,” she continued. “And helping me to grow every single day. Thank you for the family that we’ve created and our children and everything that you do for me.”

“You will never know what it is to be able to share this lifetime and have you be my love. Thank you,” Lopez concluded.

Ahead of the screening, Lopez was spotted with Affleck, 51, sharing a kiss at their seats and even walking the red carpet together.

“I was like, ‘I don’t write, I don’t do this.’ He was like, ‘You do, you write, you direct, you produce, you choreograph, you do all the things. Start stepping into that, start owning a little bit of who you are,’” she recalled Affleck telling her.

The duo married in July 2022 more than a year after reuniting. The pair first dated in the early 200s before calling it quits days before the 2004 wedding.

Brandon Delsid, who played alongside Lopez in the film, told What’s Trending, “I’ll never forget the second we met her on our first day of shooting here in LA. She came over in the most gorgeous coat I’d ever seen and made a point to introduce herself before we started shooting. She couldn’t have been kinder to us.”

“It was wild to see how what we were creating was such a gigantic part of her heart. Literally a piece of her heart.”

The star also went on to add, “Jennifer approached it with so much grace and gentleness because I think for her it was years in the making. She wanted to get it right. She has an incredible team around her that helps her execute at a gargantuan level. I loved seeing the appreciation she had for everyone on set equally, treating everyone with kindness and sprinkling her glamour wherever she’d go.
