Lawyers representing Lizzo claimed that they are reviewing six new complaints about the “Good As Hell” singer. Social media has poured in their thoughts on the situation with many more than unhappy.

According to the attorneys working with Lizzo, more complaints have poured in.

These new complaints come from people who toured with the 35-year-old singer as well as some of the team who worked on her Amazon Prime Video show “Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls.” It’s Andy Lalwani with the report.

According to Ron Zambrano and his firm which focuses on employment law, the team is vetting these new allegations from at least six people who say they toured with Lizzo. The lawyer went on to say they are based on a “sexually charged environment” and failure to pay employees.

Upon reviewing the claims, Zambrano stated that some of the claims may be actionable but others may not.

Representatives for Lizzo have denied to comment on the situation. The lawsuit was first reported by NBC and filed in Los Angeles County Superior court on behalf of Arianna Davis, Noelle Rodriquez, and Crystal Williams.

The situation has caused an outpour of comments from fans and users online alike. Lizzo recently addressed the situation on social media calling the allegations “sensationalized stories” that were “false” and “unbelievable.”

The suit also alleges conduct that even Lizzo’s attorney is calling “outrageous.”

The suit alleges that Lizzo, who is known for promoting body positivity and celebrating her physique, allegedly pressured one dancer to touch a nude performer at a strip club. In addition, the singer is accused of calling attention to one dancer’s weight and fired her in front other performers after she recorded a meeting in an effort to take notes of rehearsal feedback.

The lawsuit accuses Lizzo of also calling out the dancer’s weight after an appearance at the South by Southwest music festival. Lizzo allegedly said it was “normal” for them to get “fired when they get fat” according to lawyer Ron Zambrano.

Lizzo’s dance captain has since refuted any of the claims against her named in the lawsuit as well. The captain was allegedly berating the team at times with the singer and forcefully evangelizing the dancers.

Made in America, Jay-Z’s music festival, has also been canceled as of late. The singer was set to headline alongside SZA and more in Philadelphia, but there has been no official reason as to why.
